1. Payment
Secure online checkout is available for all major credit cards. For PayMe or FPS, please contact us via Instagram DM to make arrangements.

2. Local Shipping
- Each piece is handcrafted; please allow 14 working days for production before dispatch via Hong Kong SF Express.
- Please double-check your shipping information to ensure accurate delivery.

3. Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene reasons, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please inspect your item(s) within 2 days of receipt. If you have any questions, please DM us on Instagram, and we will assess and handle your request on a case-by-case basis.
- Temp. Scape reserves the right of final decision regarding all return and exchange arrangements.

4. Care Instructions
- To preserve the plating, please avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals.
- After use, please wipe clean and store in the provided pouch or box in a dry, cool place.

(*In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.)

2. 本地配送服務
- 每件作品皆為全手工製作，製作需時 14 個工作天，隨後會經由香港順豐速運寄出。
- 為確保派送準確，請務必核對寄送資料。

3. 售後服務
- 基於衛生考量，所有商品均不設退換。
- 請於貨品簽收後 2 天內檢查作品狀況；如有任何疑問，歡迎透過 Instagram 私訊我們，我們將視乎具體情況評估處理。
- Temp. Scape 保留一切退換貨安排之最終決定權。

4. 保養方式
- 為保護飾品鍍層，請避免接觸水、香水及化學物品。
- 佩戴後請擦拭乾淨，並存放在隨附的收納袋或盒內。
